Cancellation policy

• All cancellations should be in writting and sent to the congress administrative office.
  
  
• There will be no charges if done before March 2007.
  
  
• From April 2007 it will be a refund of 50% of the rate minus the corresponding expenses in which it falls into.
  
  
• From July 2007, there will be no refunds by registrations, and it will be an extra charge of $50 usd for each person.
  
  
• Congress registration rates and companion rates will be refunded minus a charge due to administrative expenses of $50 usd if done before July 2007.
  
  
• After this date, there will be no refund.
  
  
• Refunds will be done at the same exchange rate of the payment day.
